I have been trying desperately to loose weight. I am disabled so it is very difficult to regular and effective exercise. It has been difficult to consume enough lean protein too. I am thrilled as my energy level has increased.
I have been using EAS recovery protein after my tempo, interval, and long runs. I also use after my strength training. I have found the 2:1 carb/protein ratio is very effective in my recovery. I have been distance running for 43 years, and I wish this product was available when I started running.
EAS Recovery protein really helps me recover after a hard workout. I notice reduce soreness and quicker recovery.
this stuff really works it gives u better pumps n muscle mass n its not expensive either:)
I really like the taste and it is a quick out the door meal, especially on my way to work.
