Bought two for my children. They like the product but tell me the handle for pulling is a little loose. so that I'm worried about. other wise they have had them for about three weeks now no complaints.

I ordered this for my middle school son. He used it every day and within 6 weeks, the rolling handle broke off on one side. While the item was a good price, it didn't last long enough to be a good value. Now I must purchase another backpack.

I received the roller backback and in less than a week the strip broke. I could not find my packing receipt therefore I was unable to exchange the bag in the store.

Very good product. My children love it for school. Sometimes the wheel cover comes out at not the best times, but otherwise a good product.

Although my son has only been in school for 4 days, he is happy with his bookbag. He needed something sturdy for his mountain of books. So far, so good. Just wish there were other colors to choose from.
