EasyCare Easyboot Epic Hoof Boot 4

I've had this boot for about 3 weeks now and am very happy with how well my horse is going. She is a bit tender footed, especially after standing outside on the frozen mud all day. I have used this boot mainly for arena work and look forward to using it outside on the trails and gravel roads. They are easy to put on and the measurements that are provided are accurate for sizing. I like that they are sold individually, as my mare wears two completely different sizes. I look forward to seeing how durable they are. I worried that they will rub her heels, but I have ridden her at all three gaits for about an hour without any issues.

I have been using Easyboot Epics for many years. I had tried a couple of other brands, but found that these hold up well and are not cumbersome.

Tried several "Fit Kits" for the EasyBoot Glove. Couldn't keep any of them on my horse. Tried these, they are great! Found these to be much easier to put on than the ones I had several years ago. The gaiter helps keep dirt out. They protect the whole hoof. And they are legal at AQHA shows.

I bought these boots to protect my barefoot Peruvian during trail rides in the Rocky Mountains where it is very "rocky". They are very difficult to get on, but they do stay on. I needed to tightened the wires with the tightest method of wrapping and they were still gapping on his tiny hooves. However they stayed on but wore me out trying to get them off. Good quality and value but the design is not for tiny hooves.

I have not used these yet, but did try them on. They are not as difficult to put on as I thought they would be - these are the only ones that will fit my guy; other manufacturers don't make larger sizes. The attached gaiters are a bit too big, but I think I can make them work. The horse seems to not mind them.
