EcoFlow - Wave 3 - 180 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner - Grey

I really like the design and the cooling power of ecoflow wave 2, but after 2 weeks, it started sounding louder and I noticed that there was a leak in front lower right part during normal use, so I tried to use it with external drainage hose connected. It was still leaking after more than a week, so I decided to return the unit. I like Wave 2, so I'll get another one with the extra battery.

Kept this thing running almost 24/7 since I bought it last month, no issues whatsoever. Keep in mind, this unit is made for smaller rooms and spaces, but even in triple digits, it keeps my large 400sq ft room cooler than I expected at mid-high 70°. The unit can be plugged straight into a wall outlet without a battery. The unit does not need drained when in cooling mode, but will make some noise when getting rid of the moisture that does build up. This is not an issue for me, its kind of relaxing.

The online purchasing experience was smooth and flawless. We tested the Eco Flow Wave 2 in our garage and everything appears to work. But we'll give a real review once the weather warms up enough for real-world use.

I bought the Wave 2 as an AC unit for my campervan that is being built. The van is not finished yet, but this little unit saved me big time. About a month ago the wife and I were getting ready to go out of town for a long weekend and I went into my wine room and the AC unit had quit and the temp was 75 degrees. I live in central valley of California, and it was going to be in the 100's. I tell the wife we can't go because I need to find a new cooling unit. She is mad, but there are 400 bottles that won't make it thru the weekend. Then I think, what about the Wave 2 for the van. The existing unit sits on a shelf in the wall, so I stuck the Wave 2 on the shelf with the two hoses sticking outside. Stuffed some wool insulation for the van around the sides and fired it up. IT WORKED GREAT. Dropped the temp down to 60 degrees. I just used the app to run it 4 hrs. twice a day. This little unit is a beast, Instead of rushing out and spending 3k+ on a new unit I ordered parts and was able to repair the Wine unit, so the Wave 2 already payed for itself. The wave 2 kept the wine room perfect for 4 weeks. I have not used it in the van yet, but I have no doubt it will work great.

The Wave 2 is smart, powerful and a great cooling/heating solution for a camping trip or for keeping cool in a power outage. I also love the fact that it works with any Delta 2 generator or extra battery. It fits in nicely with my other EcoFlow product, and works exactly as advertised. I'm extremely satisfied.
