Unit works very well. I'm pleased with the purchased. Manual wasn't helpful with the simple hookup but youtube worked.

I bought this to replace one I had by same brand. That one lasted just a week shy of 11 years. The hard water we have here finally killed it. This one seems to be even nicer. Can tell the pump is more powerful and it's wash temp is higher than older model. If this one lasts me just as long I'll be happy.

It's larger than I was expecting but is perfect.

I purchased 2-units both silver for both my children. First off this unit is heavy like a small A/C unit and the box it comes in is a double box with foam insulation....great packaging but you need an SUV or larger vehicle to transport. My son uses his about every other day. It works great, he sets it up and allows it to run while he is at home. But he has 12 square plates and they can be placed in the unit at an extreme angle which restricts how much can be placed in the unit. Other wise he has been very pleased since Xmas. My daughter on the other hand has an unusual set-up....Her sink is on its own island, then a 10 inch gap before the counter. The unit connections are on the back left, so the drain hoses must go across the back of the unit [22 inches], then across a 10 inch gap then another 8 inches to the faucet. The hose is not long enough to attach to the faucet. I called to see if I could get a longer hose, was instructed by Edgestar that a longer hose is not possible, as the pump cannot keep up and would cause an error code and water may come out the door :(. Because of the weight and size she just got her Xmas gift 2 days ago :(. I am very disappointed that the length of hose was not mentioned and that it cannot be lengthened, this should be in the description...I would have measured and avoided this fiasco. If you have the space next to your sink and need a good little unit....This is it!

Nice looking machine. Easy hook up and cleans dishes well.
