Edwards Signatures Desserts Lemon Meringue Pie, 35 oz (Frozen)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pie was sold out at two of my local stores but once I took the first bite I knew why. It's AMAZING!! Not too sweet, not too sour. Very light and rich with flavors sure to wake up your tongue. There was no need to refrigerate the leftovers because my family devoured it the moment they saw it.

The lemon filling was tart enough and the meringue was perfect. The only thing I would change is to have a pastry crust instead of a graham cracker crust.

It's very light, so I don't feel like I'm over indulging myself by eating this as my after dinner dessert. I will buy this again and keep some in my freezer for special occasions and just when I want to treat myself or my family.

The crust tastes so good not dry at all and the amount of filling is very generous giving it the perfect taste . I love pies but this flavor is my favorite. I really like I don't have to bake it just take it out of the freezer let it thaw for a short while and it's ready to enjoy. The slices aren't small either very well worth the price . Time to stock up on Edwards pies for the whole family to enjoy .
