We've only had this unit for a week or so but so far we love it. It looks nice and has a realistic looking flame. I'd recommend this to anyone who can't have a real fireplace. The big bonus--no wood to split and carry in!

When I ordered this I was not sure what to expect for the price we paid. When it arrived I was impressed with the quality of the wood surface. It was rather complicated to put together but once you got started it eventually wasn't to bad. My husband and a daughter that visited put it together. I really looks great in the corner we put it in and it really does throw a lot of heat. We are very pleased with it..KC

This item cam in about 30 pieces that I had to put together. The light doesn't even illuminate the small area around it so we still need to keep a lamp on. The heater blows hot air but the fan is so weak it doesn't go anywhere. The blower doesn not have different spead, the unit does have different temperatures. It provides little to no heat unless you are sitting right on top of it. For $200 I expected far better results. I bought a smaller heater for $110 LESS and it works 10x better.

I love this fireplace. We had only a small space to put it and it fits perfectly. I don't like how fake the flames look but other than that I can not express how great this fireplace is for the price. It warms our room up nice also.

this unit works great, looks good, and at a good price. so real like flames, heats well, quite running too. it is somewhat larger than i expected. well satisfied with this heater, was easy to assemble, thanks WAL-MART.
