elf Ex-tra Lip Gloss Marc, 0.09 Fluidoz

Just bought this and tested it out overtop of of a nude lipstick, as well as on it's own. I think it would have worked better with a doe-foot applicator, as the applicator it comes with is flimsy and is difficult to apply an even layer with. I try to rub my lips together to even it out but it tends to gather around the border of my mouth.

I bought this a few weeks ago and was very excited to try it! I applied it and it wasn't was I expecting... the shade Brian was very very patchy. And if you have chapped lips, EXFOLIATE them or you WILL see the dead skin through the lip color. Also it wasn't pigmented nearly as much as the bottle portrays. It's not sticky at all, though.

I have only used this brush for foundation application a few times since I received it but I really do like the way the shape of the brush fits into the contours of my face, especially around the eyes and nose. It's a very soft brush and has a nice density which allows the foundation to be easily brushed onto the skin rather than lost in the depth of the bristles. I'm also able to use this brush to stipple more foundation in areas which need more coverage. I'm very impressed so far.

I used this brush for the first time today to blend out my liquid bronzer and apply my powder bronzer, and it works wonderful. It help my achieve a more natural look that I have been unable to get from other brushes I've used (especially when blending my liquid bronzer). The shape is perfect and fits nicely along my jaw line and around my cheeks. It had a few bristles that were long than others but that did not impair it's performance and it did not shed.

This just replaced the e.l.f. Contouring Brush as my favorite for contouring my face. The shape of this is perfection for hugging the curves of the face and really carving out your cheekbones and around the jaw and chin. The bristles are super-soft and dense. There's no shedding, and it cleans super-easily. I highly recommend this brush.
