e.l.f. Eyeliner & Shadow Stick, Black/Smoke

I received the brown as a free product, fell involve. It was great then I ordered a brown and black one. Used the black one 4 times...and when I opened it the other day the eyeliner disappeared. I can't find it its gone...the brown does not stay on anymore it wears off...its ok and a great idea but not as good as the one I tried

I bought this a new weeks ago in black and smoke and mainly used the liner end. The other day I was doing a smokey eye and used the shadow as a base for the rest of my eye shadows. My look was able to lasts hours longer because of that. My only complaint is that the shadow does not apply easily on and you have to use a bit of pressure when applying

This thing is great. I am not a huge makeup person, just lip balm most of the time but when I do get made up I normally just use eyeliner and mascara, this thing is great because its a duo product and color coordinated so I dont have to worry if I am matching my eyeliner to eyeshadow correctly. The precision is great and I like that I do not have to sharpen it. Excellent value. The eyeshadow goes on super smoothly and lasts a long time even without a primer.

I bought several of the eyeliner eye shadow stick combos all of which had good color, however the eyeliner side on all of them was horrible. The eyeliner will not show on your eye because of how oily the shadow is, and it is very hard so it will hurt your eye. The shadow side was intended to be a cream shadow but is instead is very oily and very messy because of this you will not want to use a primer with it or it will slip right off and become a very weak color. I would not purchase again for myself because I don't mind putting in a little more work with powder eye shadows to get a good look but I would still recommend for those who are starting in makeup or are not very good yet, that being said at this point the only thing I use it for is a lazy smokey eye which looks great but uses less products you would still need a few colors however :) I almost forgot the shadow is in stick form and for this reason like all of elf's stick products breaks easily so if you do purchase treat it gently.
