I use this in my dorm to help keep the room fresh and zen so it doesn't smell like, well, a dorm. I have repurchased this over and over. It is the perfect mixture or lavender and peppermint so it isn't too over powering. 6 drops is right on the money.

I first bought this three months ago—it's now my everyday, go-to scent. It creates a subtle, pleasing aroma throughout my office all day. Bought a second bottle to give as a gift.

I have to say that this Ellia By Homedics Arm-Eo15Lg 15mL Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil, Let Go blend is an amazing soothing oil blend. Since the first time I opend it smelled awesome! The peppermint is so refreshing and strong smell. It calms you instantly as well as the lavander, it's a very accurate blend. I bought a diffuser and I poured in 7 drops in water and I placed the diffuser in my bedroom. The diffuser was on almost all night and I definitely had a better night sleeping, even my husband did. He said he didn't believe in essential oils but he does now. He is a very active person so he get stressed out very often and this oil blend has done wonderful things for his everyday life. Even I sometimes apply one drop in my wrists before going out and I remain calm for the rest of the day. I place the diffuser in the living room during the day, so I really use the oil blend every day, so I need to purchase another blend before this runs out! I will definitely buy another blend from this same mark, I would love to try a different blend and I will definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends!

The Ellia essential oil in the be centered formula is calming, yet helps you focus. It helped me to recenter. This was my first time using an essential oil and I initially put too many drops in and the smell was too strong. One or two drops will do for most uses as it is concentrated. The best way to use is with a diffuser to create the atmosphere in a room. This method is the best way to disperse the smell throughout a space. If you do not have a diffuser, you could put one or two drops on a cotton ball and leave in the room. However, I would suggest investing in a good diffuser for optimal results. I have shown a picture of exactly what is in the formula so that you can do your own research if you wanted on the benefits of each ingredient. Using essential oils is a great way to refocus when you are feeling out of balance and this brand is of high quality. I would recommend this family and friends.

I selected this Ellia's Let Go Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oil blend “Let Go” because I'm a really high strung person but too lazy for yoga, and I have a very tightly wound child with Autism. Seriously we are 2 individuals who overstress, overthink, and have a great need to relax. Telling either of us to “let go” is essentially ineffective as I guess being uptight is in our DNA, but I've noticed that we get positive and effective results using aromatherapy. So when I saw this Relaxation Blend online, I figured we'd give it a try and I'm happy to say this stuff is working great for us. This is a pretty large bottle and despite using it daily, I see it lasting at least 6 months. The bottle glass is colored a dark violet to best preserve the oil, and the child proof cap is a bit difficult for me to remove sometimes, but I have small weak girl hands. Probably won't be an issue for you, but could be for someone who has arthritis so be forewarned. While this has lavender included in the blend, the primary scent is not lavender, nor is it pleasant enough for me to use in a scent diffuser for my entire house. I love it, but it is just not the scent I want people to smell when they visit, and I'm not sure my dogs would dig it either. People asked what it was, but it was more inquisitory than complementary in nature. But that's ok because I got it for its relaxing and calming effects and it works 100% for that. I like to put a few drops onto a cotton ball and tuck it in my bra and it really takes my stress away and I feel more carefree. Oh and the scent lasts ALL DAY LONG!!! And when my kid has a tantrum she's like Frankenstein being handed fire, and I will give her a cotton ball with a bit of oil and it soothes her instantly. That in itself is reason enough to purchase this! While it doesn't make me drowsy, just relaxed, I also love to put a drop or two on the lightbulb of my nightstand lamp and I don't lay there and worry until I fall asleep. I highly recommend this oil blend, as it really does help one “let go”.
