Ellia Geranium Essential Oil Bottle 15ml ARM-EO15GER

I was looking for a nice floral scent and this was more than I was hoping for!! It is a light, beautiful, uplifting floral scent that is one of my all-time faves. After months and months of use, I keep coming back to it day after day. I highly recommend this if you like and/or love floral scents!!

I like using Essential Oils and I had for some time been wanting to try Geranium Oil. So when this came up on the Review items, I thought this was a good time to give this a try. So I have given it a try and I am pleased with what results I have gotten so far. I have done my reading up on this oil. (I do a lot of reading) Geranium Oil depending on when the leaves are harvested for this oil can have two different smells. When the leaves are picked young it can have a lemony smell, if leaves are picked as they are older it will have a rose smell to it. And my bottle obviously have young leaves for my bottle has a very lemony smell. The uses I have come up with after reading up on this oil are very beneficial for me. And may help others too. First of all if you are applying this oil to your skin please use a carrier oil to dilute it for it is too strong to use on the bare skin. That is unless you are addressing a wound or something that says use as is. Here are some of the things I have been using it for and experimenting with: It does work nicely as an insect repellent. The purple spray bottle in the picture I used 6 drops of Geranium oil, but I also have peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil and lavender oil in that bottle. They do not like the combination of those oils together. I got so mad one day the flies keep trying to get in because it was about to rain. I grabbed a wet sponge shook some geranium oil on it and slapped it on the window. Those flies went around the smell of that oil. (didnt hurt my feelings none) My little reusable body spray bottle has Vanilla body spray in it. I put two to three drops of oil in the body spray for it says that it can also be used as a deodorant. So I am checking that out. I am using it as an aromatherapy but I don't have a diffuser this time. I have an Aqua Stone that I am trying it with and some bamboo reeds that I have used in the past. I took a small bottle (2 oz.) of hand and body lotion and added 4-5 drops of the oil I have neuropathy in my hands. It seems to help some. There are several things that are very beneficial that come of using this oil I just haven't had a chance to try everything that it can be used for. Those that like to get back to using natural remedies instead of OTC and prescription meds. I have found essential oils to be very beneficial for me. I would highly recommend this oil to anyone. Just like anything else just use with precaution. You just have to adjust the amount you want to use for whatever works best for each individual.
