I was charged a shipment fee twice the charge of the item and when the black mounting board was received it was bent and could not be used. The shipping box was not damaged so that means that they sent me damaged goods to begin with.
Very good poster board. I've been purchasing them. Like them very much. Sturdy and I can cut through well enough for my thick projects when I need to.
Store couldn't deliver so Walmart shipped my large piece of Foam Board via FedEx. Now there's customer service! it arrived perfectly without a corner damaged. Thank you!!!
While this item was more expensive than a plain tri-fold board, it included adhesive letters and additional items for laying out a professional display.
The edges were damaged a little, but I expected as much after shipping. Overall it is very solid, especially considering the affordable price. If you need one of these without damage, you probably need to buy in-store.
