5'3, waist 45, hips 60, chest 40DD, wearing size 22. There is a lot of material in this jumpsuit. The straps ran large for me as well as the midsection. The ruffled straps can be worn on the shoulder and if need to, off the shoulder. The chest area was elastic and super stretchy. Great for any outdoor occasion!
