Took them two days to email me the card when it's supposed to be instant. Net10 has awful customer service.
We needed minutes for our Net10 phone and couldn't afford to travel to purchase. Walmart.com made it easy with online purchsing and email delivery. We even saved a little money with this purchase.
NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY TIME. PHONE CARD WAS NOT EMAILED IN A SHORT TIME AS PROMISED. FINALLY RECEIVED EMAIL CARD NUMBER 3 DAYS LATER. TIME BEFORE WAS LESS THAN AN HOUR.

I was hoping there was an easy way to purchase phone minutes without having to go in-store. This process worked very well and was easy. You do have to wait to receive your email with the card info to add to your phone but less than 24 hours when I received it. Great way to add minutes online if you have source of money on a credit card. Did this for my son.
