I buy Ensure Compact for my niece. She is 45 years old and has colon cancer. She is not able to consume a whole 8 ounce can of Ensure at once and perfers the compact verses saving it from the 8 ounce can. It makes her feel great, "accomplished something" when she can tolerate the WHOLE container instead of saying, "I drank some of it". She loves the Vanilla and the Strawberry.
