Ensure High Protein Nutrition Shake, Milk Chocolate, 8 fl oz, 24 Count

I bought a box of 12 Ensure Vanilla High Protein shakes yesterday. When I opened the first one, my lips were immediately barraged by slimy chunks. Thinking one may have just gone bad, I poured it out and opened another, only to find more chunks. Looked at the expiration on the box, says Dec 2022. I don't think this is normal and I'm hearing from friends who also drink this brand that they have been having similar experiences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the bottle in the fridge to chill to get it cold. Shook it real good and opened it up and it smelled REALLY GOOD LIKE CARMEL. Took a drink it was really good just a little after taste. I will absolutely get more and drink in the mornings.

I was eating small amounts with no appetite I didn't look good at all and lost 40lbs + Using this product I was able to increase my health that decreased my stress. I wasn't hungry but I could still drink Ensure and keep it down. My weight came up slowly and I was feeling a whole lot stronger enough that they were able to do my surgery. I'm a three-year survivor and Ensure is part of my life and diet.

I work outside loading and unloading trucks, moving heavy furniture, etc at my job every Friday. I recently went to the doctor because I was having high heart rate (119per minute), dizziness, fatigue, and then migraines by the end of the day. I thought it was low blood sugar (I have problems with that when I work out). My doctor told me it was my extremely low protein and suggested Ensure on those days. This past Friday I drank one in the morning when my stomach started to rumble, ate lunch, and then drank another in the afternoon (stomach rumble again). I could not believe the difference!! It was like night and day. THANK YOU ENSURE!!
