The scent is powdery and SO STRONG. I am not a fan at all of that plus I dont feel like it actually toned my hair and I have blonde hair. It didnt lather very well unless I used quite a bit of product. Wont be buying again nor would I recommend.

Can't beat the price and this purple shampoo keeps my hair from appearing brassy since I dye my own hair..

It seems to be eliminating the yellow in my white hair, which is why I bought it. I try to leave it on as long as I can while I shower, per the instructions. it certainly lathers good and makes my hair soft. I do still need a conditioner. For the price I think its a good product.

Its one of the better brands for toning that I've used. It's highly pigmented, and I can actually mix it with conditioner to lessen rhe tone, or add more time on its processing time as well and it will make it last longer, and be brighter in vibrance. Its one of the few shampoos that actually take out brass tones, without looking unnatural. Don't be afraid of the purple as it wil wash out with ease!

Great shampoo for canceling out the yellow/brassy tones to blonde, grey or white hair. I use it once per week to maintain the iciness of my white hair. This shampoo can be drying to the locks, so I only use it once per week and follow with a good conditioner. Do not leave it on super light hair too long- more than a minute or else you will end up with a lavender tint.
