The boost in energy and the effect of not feeling so tired was noticeable after three days. I do not have as much leg cramping that I used to also. The pill itself is a easy to swallow softgel capsule. I feel more focused too. I will buy more of this product in the near future and am recommending to all my friends. This makes the product rather expensive, although there are national brands that are far more costly.
