Equate Cool Mist Humidifier

Had this product for over a year. Has worked perfectly. Done what it's supposed to. Those that had problems...I have had none. Fully recommend for those with asthma or sinus problems. My daughters family and myself both own this product and find it to work perfectly?

But generally, we do not use the appliance in an area where humidity level is in excess of 50%. Here are some tips: 1. Cool mist is invisible, which can't be seen by eyes. 2. When finish using the humidifier, pour away all the water in the tank and reservoir as well as dry the filter completely. 3. If filter is dipped in water for a long time, it is easy to become stinky and yellow, because there are a lot of minerals and impurities in the water which will be captured by the filter.

Quiet and easy to use. Had no instruction manual, but didn't need it - very intuitive. I don't get all the fuss from the other reviewers. You don't see the mist, so you don't get a wet spot on your blanket at night. Our thermostat shows the humidity level, which increased once we started using the unit. Carry the water chamber separate, from the built in handle, and there's no leakage. We'll be buying another one for the downstairs.
