This is easily just as good as the name brands like Centrum or One-A-Day but not nearly as expensive. 417% daily of vitamin B12, 150% daily of B6, 100% of C, 22% Calcium, 125% D, 167% E, 300mcg of Lycopene, 250 mcg Lutein, and MANY more! One of the most complete vitamins on the market today without paying premium prices.
This product has all of the supplements that I've been looking for in an easy to swallow size; which, for me, is a BIG +++.
I have been taking these multivitamins for several years to make use this golden ager gets everything necessary every day. Other brands claim to be the best but in my opinion these are just as good.
My Wife and I have been using this product for years now & I think it gives us a little bit more energy & is good for the whole body.
We've used these for several years and they seem to be as good or better than the higher priced vitamins. I will buy them again.
