I liked the taste of these but after drinking them for about a month they caused Globus, an extremely uncomfortable feeling of having a bubble in your throat that wouldn't go away for several days afterwards.
the instructions read bring to the door the delivery person left it at the bottom of the stairs and i couldnt get them because i am handicap and couldnt get them from there
i use it daily due to diet restrictions, and it is easy to mix. works well in coffee for a quick, delicious morning boost. would recommend to anyone who needs a protein supplement.
it has an amazing 30 grams of protein, minerals and vitamins and only 160 calories. it tastes a little like chocolate chalk, but is drinkable. i prefer it diluted with some water. it is easy, convenient and affordable.
Chemical aftertaste. I bought these because of the high protein content. I normally get the ones from Sam's, but got these because of the cost and didn't want to make a separate trip to the store. Will not be ordering again!
