done scan and go like i have for over 6 months and never had a screen to say waiting on assistance. at 1st she came behind while i was starting to oay for it asking how i was doing, i say good im just trying to hurry to get my kid something to eat next thing i know she flagged me but said sometimes the computer does it randomly but i know thats not true i guess she thought i was stealing because i ran the stuff up again on my scan and go right in fron tof her and it said need assistance again then she scanned a few items them she let me go.i do all my shopping there and i dont like it when someone acts like im stealing cause im in a hurry which took 3 times as long so it makes u wonder y you would pay for the scan and go if there gonna stop u at anytime they get ready especially when i see the same people and becore i got the scan and go or just dont use it that day and scan it on a regular register that u scan ur stuff on and i always scan and bag my stuff fasf

Great product but I feel it needs a little more vanilla kick. I can only assume these are made by Abbott as they are identical to Ensure Plus. No complaints ever about the product, but Walmart delivery consistently fails to tape the end panels of the box. This result in them bursting open during the delivery process allowing bottles to spill out, thus I only receive 21 to 22 bottles instead of 24. CLEARLY someone along the line from shelf to delivery driver's vehicle sees this yet they simply chose to ignore it. I pay Walmart for home delivery so I don't feel I'm whining by stating that their delivery service is hit or miss and their "customer service" is a joke!
