I really like the Equate brand because it provides the same quality as name brand products, but at an affordable price. Equate did not disappoint, with their One Daily Prenatal Softgels! I really like the softgels because they are easier to swallow, and the smell is not as bad as the prenatals that are in compressed and coated. Any pregnant woman knows that a prenatal is no good, if you cant bring your self to swallow it. Also these softgels didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth, which I've experienced in the past with other prenatal vitamins. Definitely a win!

These are easy to take. Not hard horse pills. They are a gelcap. Still a little on the big side. But easier to take. I take these due to lack of a lot of vitamins. Definitely helps with hair growth and nail growth. I noticed that after a couple of weeks. Definitely cheaper than name brand and still does the same thing.
