offered good relief but the insole slips since it is not trim to fit. The size is short to accommodate one size fits all. Would be much more useful it they were trim to fit

They provide plenty of support and the 3/4 size is great because you don't have to cut them to fit. Wearing them regularly really did make my symptoms lessen so much. I've used my last pair for probably a year so they are extremely durable. They are SO much cheaper than other inserts!!

The size 7-13 fit in my 10.5 shoe just about perfectly. I've had to trim others but not these. Second, the blue circle on the heel isn't just more cushion, it's also slightly sticky so the insole doesn't move. That's a smart design! Extremely comfortable insole that my feet and joints appreciate!
