Agree now with all the other recent 1 star reviews. This worked great the 1st time I used it. I followed instructions and cleaned it out, but the underneath of the base filled up with water and was leaking out of the bottom vent hole. Now it has a mind of its own. Keeps changing modes and then cuts off. Feel the circuit board must be fried. For a H2O based product, one would think the designer would make it difficult to allow water to enter areas that it should not. Disappointing.

I love this diffuser, holds more water than any other diffuser I have purchased in the past, meaning less refills for me and can use my essential oils, makes my house smell amazing. If you use essential oils this is the diffuser for you, it’s big, go treat yourself and buy you one. You will thank me!!

This is a great humidifier if you’re wanting to quickly increase the humidity in the room but it seems to put out very large water particles. It set off the smoke detector outside of the bedroom after running on the low setting for 4 hours at night.

It is more aesthetically pleasing than many humidifiers but the design makes it tip over easily, spilling the contents all over the floor. This was originally in a teen's room and was knocked over by a pet, so it was moved to an adult only room, where the pet was unlikely to interact with it. A minor bump caused it to topple over again. Bought for the teen to use as a humidifier and oil diffuser, but that didn't work out. I opted to return it after the second spill, but Walmart refunded me and told me to keep it. I'm not even sure if we'll continue to use it, even with it being free. I'll probably try to pass it along to someone else, as I'm not interested in cleaning up the water for a third time when it inevitably tips over again. I considered placing it on a dresser rsther than on the floor, but due to how easily it is knocked over, I'd worry about bumping it and making an even bigger mess.

After a few times using it it started to glitch and would not work anymore. It would beep three times saying it’s empty but I’ve already refilled. Would get worse after each use.
