Rewind to last year around March I was on my Ireland vacation and loving it when I started to getting hot all of a sudden and did know what was going on. I had no idea what was happening. Luckily I was vacationing with my lady friends who were about 10 years older, they started to laugh saying, "you are having hot flashes!" I have never had one so how would I know. For the next 7 days they would come and go, I would have my jacket and scarf on then off this would repeat about 7 or more times a day. Thankfully Ireland was 70 degrees or under. Since it was cooler there I did not notice the night sweats. When I finally got back to Arizona the hot flashes got worse and the night sweats were intense. Arizona was 90+ degrees at the time and these symptoms were not helping. A quick call to the doctor and he suggested Estroven. I went to the corner drug store and bought the Weight control one, it took about 3 weeks before I had any results but thankfully I HAD results, for the hot flashes!!! Over the next 6 months I did not see a change in my weight loss but the hot flash were almost diminished. But the night sweats did not, I was taking the Estroven at night. There was not any direction to when to take the dose but after reading some reviews (thank you ladies) and not see any results on weight lost I switch to the energy. All the products (except maximum strength) have the same amount of Black Cohosh and Soy Isoflavones i did not see any issue there but I felt I needed more energy during the day and the review of the green tea and yerba mate were positive. A couple months after the switch I have not a hot flash in a couple of weeks and the night sweats happen almost never. Here in Arizona we are already 90+ degrees and with the temperature rising I was expecting for the hot flash and night sweats to come back and they have not....so far!

I started Estroven Energy about 43 days ago I'm 60 years old, going through menopause I believe now for going on 9 years and wow my hot flashes are oh so much better.
