Ethique Lime & Ginger Bodywash Bar 4.23 oz - (Pack of 4)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always on the hunt for great smelling, eco-friendly soap that doesn't degrade in a matter of a few showers and these bars are amazing. I've noticed that they last a while and the scent is uplifting and rejuvenating.

If you don't have super dry skin, this product is going to feel so refreshing and "rich" as you are using it! Lathers perfectly, smells wonderful (fresh, not heavy on fragrance), and definitely cleanses. It also does not just "melt away" by being next to water unlike other "body soaps" that you can find in your nearest grocery/drug store. This bar will definitely last me a while because of how "dense" with product it is. Definitely ditching all of the "body wash" products I used to buy in plastic bottles, and will try out the other body cleanser products to see if one feels better in the wintertime versus summertime for example. Highly recommend - and while you're at it, try their shampoos & conditioners too (they are fabulous).

I really love Ethique soap--I use it to wash and also for shaving my legs/underarms. I'm not sure how to describe this without making it sound strange, but it sort of leaves my skin feeling slick right after I lather it on, which makes my razor glide really easily (no more bottle of shaving cream/gel in my shower). It doesn't leave any kind of strange feeling or residue on my skin after the shower though. I think that it sort of smells like lime Jello--which has been making me crave some even though I haven't had any since I was a child.

This is good easy to use product that can either be applied directly to the skin or onto a shower sponge etc because it does lather enough. I wish that the scent was a little stronger but this is likely due to the natural ingredients creating a more subtle real scent and I think it's a little pricey for just a body wash. Although it will last a long time.

I love this bar! It cleans well, keeps my skin soft, and smells great too. I use it in a little bag for a little extra scrub and it even gets blue hair dye off skin without effort! It also helps keep away the dry, itchy skin I get in the winter. Even my grandson loves this bar so I always have to make sure I have one for him too.
