Eucerin Original Healing Emollient Creme, Fragrance Free, 2oz, 12-Pack

Because I have contact dermatitis I only use Eucerin because of my allergies. This last jar I purchased I could tell immediately that the product has changed for the worst. How disappointing. If I wanted regular lotion I would have bought some for half the price. If the company chose to add more petroleum they also should have dropped the price. If this is the new formula, you have just lost a long time customer. When a person spends a certain amount of money for something they want the quality expected. How sad.

I have been using this product (white cap & red cap) for 20 years. There is no other product that compares. Calms the skin, gives it a healthy glow, stops the itching, heals sun-burns, prevents peeling and last all day. I work in a medical office. We give samples of eucerin products out daily. Our patients are very happy. They start to buy these products and their skin becomes much improved or healed. I order many different kinds of products from Beiersdorf (100's) monthly and they send them all quickly. Many people's lives have improved dramatically due to this company. Thank you Beiersdorf, Eucerin and Nivea.

I've used the old product (white top) for a number of years and it was the best cream out there for eczema. In fact, as a physician I frequently recommended it to patients as well just from personal experience. However, they've completely changed the product! It's not as thick nor as effective. I bought the newer cream (red top) thinking it was the same product and was extremely disappointed, and promptly returned it the next day. This new cream is no different than any other general lotion. They need to go back to the old formulation

I also use to buy it for my Mom's dry skin in the past. Even would bring jars to the nursing home as it was the only product that worked for her. Now I am a senior with very dry skin. I found an old jar that could have been 20 years old and it worked on my skin. So I went looking for that original product and couldn't find it so I brought a huge jar of Advanced Repair and it doesn't work at all. It's too thin not thick like your original formula. So I also ask that you bring back the original cream.

I'm Korean. I've used healing cream for 3years. My skin is very very sensitive, but old formula saved my skin! Old formula was the best cream in my life.. This new cream's formula makes my skin more sensitive.. I can't live without this cream. Please go back to old fomula. PleaseT_T
