Evenflo All4One DLX 4-In-1 Convertible Car Seat with SensorSafe

Customer service is a joke! I was having trouble with the recline not staying where it should so I called parent link. They directed me to email them a copy of the receipt and a video to show what was going on. They said they would get in touch with me the next day. I waited 5 days and didn't hear back. Called again and they claimed they didn't receive my email when I made sure it sent. I resent this person the email and confirmed they received. They said they would call back later in the afternoon. Nothing. Called after 5 days passed again and they said they cannot help me and claimed they emailed me or mailed me something to ask for more information. I received nothing and checked my junk email. After saying that the customer service rep stated they no longer can help me because I didn't follow through. I would have followed through had I known they needed more information. You would think they would have given me a chance after me saying I didn't receive anything but they didn't. Asked to speak with someone higher up and was sent straight to voicemail. Guess what- no response back from them. I would never buy from Evenflo again just from that shady customer service experience that I had.

Looks wise it's nice. Padding is great. Fits well in my suv. The latch system is awesome but the harness is so hard to tighten and it's hard to buckle. It's also not a very deep seat so even on the farthest setting the buckle is right on her thighs and leaves red marks.

Over all I Love his car seat , I bought it for my 12 month old granddaughter because it's so roomy and since I have her a lot I wanted her comfortable and safe .., well all the safety features you list are great BUT the chest clip is so easy to undo she does it constantly while riding . The sensor is great and all but doesn't keep her strapped in .

My top three favorite things are the easy installation, the SensorSafe Tachnology and how it grows with our baby so we don't have to purchase any car seats in the future! We own a different brand of car seats with our oldest child and this car seat is hands down better in all categories. The ratchet system to install the car seat is in my husband's words “a game changer.” Installing the car seat was a breeze and I even feel confident enough to uninstall and install it as well. We transitioned our one year old from the infant car seat to this one and she is a lot more content in the car! The chest clip is also a lot easier to lock than what I'm used to. I love the SensorSafe technology where it alerts my phone if the chest clip gets unclipped in addition to alerting me if it's too hot or cold in the car. It also alerts your phone if you leave the car with your baby buckled in or if your baby has been buckled in too long and you need to stop (comes in handy on a road trip!). The quality and comfort is superb and it looks like it should be more expensive than it is. Overall super satisfied in the quality, the technology, the ratchet system and the comfort! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this seat to test for the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was a little skeptical because it had a few bells-and-whistles type features, and I'm typically a no-frills mom. To my delight, the seat is extremely easy to navigate, even the SensorSafe technology that comes with it! I really love the idea of only needing one car seat ever, so this was a no-brainer for me. The fuss of constantly changing gear in and out is so stressful. My daughter is 17 months old at this writing, and even without the infant inserts, she is still comfortably nestled and protected in the seat the way she should be. She's even bigger than average, so for it to still be comfortable for her was a huge deal to us. The absolute coolest thing about this seat is the SensorSafe technology on the chest clip that connects via Bluetooth to an app on your phone. The app itself is super accessible and will alert you if the buckle is undone, if the temperature in the car is too high, or if you've walked too far away from the car (it will even alert other members of your family if you ignore three alerts—talk about thorough). The only issue that I've found is that the chest clip is a little easier to unfasten that other car seats I've used in the past, so my daughter has unfastened it a few times. I have to keep an eye on her through the rear view mirror (and of course, the app alerts me as well). One of the best parts of the seat is that there is an actual ratchet (pictured) to assist you in tightening down the seat. No need to put all your weight on the seat and wrestle it down as tight as you can get it, the ratchet takes care of that for you. This alone makes the seat worth its weight in gold. The seat is very well made and the price point is excellent for the only seat you'll ever need with tons of great features! Five stars!
