Evenflo Elan Dual Breast Pump

I have 5 month old twins & chose to pump breastmilk & bottle feed. The original pump I had(which was a super expensive, top of the line brand) gave out on me after 4 months so I bought this one. My babies are solely fed breastmilk, so I am CONSTANTLY pumping! The digital display is perfect, it tells you how long you have pumped currently & for the day. The suction is also great - even while pumping both breasts at the same time. Only 2 downfalls, it is pretty loud, but I muffle with a pillow. Also, you can only use ONE size bottle...can't use the "normal" size bottle neck OR the Playtex "big" size bottle neck...this one is "super large" bottle neck & from the other reviews I've read, they tend to leak so I pump into these bottles & transfer into bottles we use to feed babies. Other than those 2 things - I totally recommend this pump - it's worth the money.

I bought one of these same pumps 18 months ago and had used it for the first 12 months and than had to wing my second child because we had another baby on the way. my first pump did not fully die but we want to replace it before it did. This first pump is still going but it is used as a back up. I am using my new pump because it is a little bit quicker. I love this pump the only thing is that the bottle leak if you get them to full. my third child has yet taken to the bottle but i still have to pump inbetween because i have to much milk. well this pump has helped me and pumps a 5 -6 ounce bottle in 7minutes. both sides in 14 minutes. I use this unit as a single unit because it does not work well as double because it is slower and suction is not that great. It is better than a medala pump because I tried one at the hospital and it would not even work for me. I love this pump and the avent hand pump. I would not using this while the baby is napping it is a little more noiser than most pumps but other than that it is a great pump. I have used it know for more than 2 years and used mine with both my daughters who are 18 months old and 2 months old.

We just recently had twins, and this pump is allowing my wife to produce 7-10 ounces every session. She finds it very comfortable and the digital display is perfect.

The product was just okay, not a good buy for the price. You are better off getting the single pump. Once you hook up both pumps the system loose suction.

pumps very well but the machine is a little noisy around baby when you are pumping. Otherwise great product, would definately reccomend.
