Evenflo Emb Carrier, Cuddle Bear

I bought this for my 4th child and I am disappointed. There are 3 major reasons I don't like it. 1st the canopy will not stay up no matter what! 2nd is that you have to use it with the base. It does not have the belt path on top like most infant car seats. 3rd is that it is HEAVY! My daughter only weighed 6.5 lbs but it is hard to carry! I would not recommend

Unfortunately my daughter and I were in a car accident when she was 1 month old she was in her seat and it worked great. At first i didn't realize that the base has 3 different height settings and my daughter's head would always fall forward when she got a little strengh in her neck. Scince I raised the setting it's great. A liitle awkward to carry but with the stroller it works great.

I got this for my first because it was lighter weight than many of the other carriers. I was disappointed in the durability of the product. The handle on my was recalled for snapping back, and mine actually started to come apart too. I called Evenflo to get a replacement handle and they said they couldn't do that and just to carry it like a laundry basket (without using the handle). It also is only for babies up to 26 inches, which mine was at about 5 months old. It worked okay for the time I used it but carrying it without the handle was annoying. If you're looking to use something for more than a few months, buy something else. This is just not a well-made product.

I bough this product because my other car seat , the canipe, broke off. It was the lower grade car seat that evenflo had. I did not wat to change brands because Evenflo was the only brand that made the eazy carry handle. So I up grade to a little more pricey car seat, and it was will worth it. This car seat is not a very expencive car seat compared to others but also not cheep. Every thing about this car seat is very durabul. It also does not take up a ton of space in your car.

We've had our car seat for 6 months now. I love it. Not only is the pattern adorable, but evenflo is a trusted brand. The only complaint I have is it's very heavy and the clip that makes the hood go forward and back snapped in two about a month ago. That could have been our doing, I'm not sure. But be careful when you're adjusting it.
