So these bags are perfectly good for milk storage. Although to be honest, I haven't defrosted any milk that I stored in them yet, I'm not concerned. I really appreciated the words of encouragement on each bag, because let's face it, breastfeeding is hard! I also appreciate the effort to make the package work as a dispenser, A for effort, C for execution. The box was a little flimsy and didn't stay together enough to pull the bags out one at a time. My only other complaint is that these bags don't hold as much as some others that I have used. But if you are in the early days of pumping and storing these are great for the money. These breastmilk storage bags work well. I didn't have the adapters to pump directly into the bags, but I imagine those would come in very handy! The double seal ensures these bags don't leak milk when freezing, which I love. They also don't leak when thawing, and the milk pours out of the bags without spilling. The encouraging messages on each bag are pretty cute too. My only complaint is that I wish the bags were just a tad taller (maybe 6oz instead of 5oz) so they would freeze the milk a little bit "flatter." I like to stack my bags upright in a shoebox, and these freeze just a little on the thicker side when I put 4+ oz in them so I can't store quite as many in each box. I love the design of these milk bags. They are so cute and I love that there's a tear off spout. It makes it so easy to pour milk. I also love that the area for marking is not over the milk! I have generally used the Nuk bags and have found them to be the best for me, so in comparison, I really like the size and lightweightness of these ones. I do like the eco-friendly portion, as I'm filling about 4 bags a day. They seem more 'sanitized' than the Nuk in that they have the rip off top, although it catches and tears at an odd angle sometimes. the bag itself works well, no leaks so far. The only thing that seems a bit unsecure is the ziplock portion...I can't quite tell if it's completely locked and have to test it (which could spill some milk).
