Evenflo Nurture Infant Car Seat, Covington

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The car seat base sits very wrong in my car with no way to fix it. My child's head tilts forward the entire time she's in the car. The straps are impossible to remove from the seat to adjust it. I wish i could get my money back and buy a different seat!!!

I've been using this car seat for 5 months and am planning on buying a new one tomorrow. I can't take it anymore. First of all, my baby hates being in it because it's so uncomfortable, she cries every time I put her in it. There is no padding so when I carry her in it her head bangs on the side. I'm not comfortable with it protecting my child due to the fact that it seems like it's not a sturdy hold. The seat tips when turning, has no hold from the back and tip up also. Doesn't seem safe at all. Not to mention, it's so hard to get the seat in and out of the base. And also the canopy is cheap and always falls on my baby's face. I'm so disappointed in this seat.

I was disappointed when my product arrived. I do not like the canopy, it was constantly falling off and it is very flimsy! It is also a pain to get the car seat to click into the base and it does not come out of the base with ease either. The padding is very poor and overall it just looks very cheaply made. I would not recommend this car seat to anyone!

This car seat is awful. I am extremely disappointed in this product. The handle makes horrible popping noises when I carry my daughter, it has little to no padding, the base is impossible to secure in my car, and the seat is a challenge to remove from the base. My poor baby cries when she sits in it. I would never recommend this to anyone unless they had no other option. I will be buying my daughter's convertible car seat somewhere else because this is inexcusable.

We bought this seat about 3 months ago because it was inexpensive and we were running out of time before our second child was born. She is 8 weeks old now and I wish we had gotten a different seat. The canopy is small and gives no shade whatsoever when baby is in the seat. The harness is very difficult to adjust for a proper fit on baby and the release levers for both straps stick and makes it hard to get baby out of the seat. The plastic is also thin and flexs when used with the car safty belt instead of the base.
