Evenflo - SimplyGo Single Electric Breast Pump

I have to say I was surprised how this pump has done with the cost. I paid about $25 for it "in-store" and have been using it more then the "occasional" use that the manufacturer recommends. I use this pump for about 10 minutes at least 3x a day and it works wonderfully! I have a freezer full of milk thanks to this. Tried batteries in it and was not able to use it for long. May have been the cheap batteries I purchased but plugged in the wall works wonderfully.

I got this one because it was cheap, but it actually did better than some of the reviews say. Yes, it's loud, but they all are. I got it to relieve engorgement while my son was sleeping, and I was able to express 2-3 ounces in less than 10 minutes. I wish the horn was a bit bigger, but it will be great for traveling. I would recommend this as a good starter pump.

This product failed to live up to my expectations. the suction is poor and after using it for 2 weeks the suction stopped working. Product is also too noisy, absolutely dissatisfied.

I bought this pump from walmart a month before I had my baby. I maybe used it 3 times after the baby was born before the motor was shot! I went and exchanged it. I literally took the brand new pump home, tried to pump, the motor already didn't work!!! I went and exchanged it one last time. Been using the 3rd pump for about a month now (maybe 5 times total, I am EBF) and guess what???? It's motor is shot again!!!!! This is a horrible product! Do not get it if you plan to pump!

I read the reviews for this product before I bought it from Walmart. I used it for exactly 1 month after my son was born, and everything worked great. It was noisy, but not a big deal for me since I only use it twice a day. After a month, the suction just stopped working. I checked the plug, made sure the bottle was screwed in tight, and even switched out the little blue piece with the spare and made sure everything was correct according to the instructions, and still couldn't get it working again. I went out and bought another one, only this time i didn't pump any milk, i just plugged it in and put my cheek to the opening, and again no suction. After arguing with the AREA MANAGER of Walmart to allow me to exchange the pump since i had never used bodily fluids in it, I again got the same pump. This was a week ago, and it has AGAIN stopped working. My husband is taking it apart as I am typing this to figure out the problem and so far has had no success. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow to get my money back and will be searching for a much better pump. I chose it because of the reviews and because I trusted Evenflo brand (I have their carseat, stroller, and play yard). Don't make the same mistake I did!!!
