The baby seemed comfortable until he fell asleep. There was no support for his head and so it just hung there, looked very uncomfortable. The straps are very uncomfortable and the pack doesn't allow the weight to be distributed to the hips effectively. All the weight is on your shoulders.

this product was great for the price. it met and exceeded my expectations. my 22 lb oneyear old loved riding in it and even fell asleep in it a few times-so I guess it was comfy for him. My husband and I carried him in it with ease although it started getting heavy after an hour or two. I;m short and petite and still did fine. it seemed easier to carry when moving in it rather than standing in one spot (in a line, etc.). the sun cover/rain cover was okay. it was easy to put on but we did not use it at all since the weather was good. would definitely recommend to family/friends.

We bought this and one other carrier because we didn't know which would be more comfortable. Both me and my husband immediately agreed that this one was better. I did not feel the shoulder strain that I felt with the other. I wore it around the house to try it out and left it on for about 30 minutes with the baby (18 months). She loves it. The shade is nice and we love the fact that there is a storage area under the baby's bottom where you can throw extra water bottles or snacks.

This carrier is incredible. It has so much storage for the price and is very comfortable. Looked at other carriers that were similar but for a lot more money and this one by far beats them out. I like to hike a lot with my family and this carrier is excellent for a novice or expert. My 16 month old was even able to sleep in it with no problems.

Very easy to get my daughter in and out of. I have taken her on a few long walks (1hr+), and find it very comfortable. The bottom "pouch" is massive -- leading my wife to often put everything but the kitchen sink in there. Lots of storage space -- no other diaper bag needed.
