This evening primrose oil ,female hormone support is great. It definitely helped with my hot flashes,which i have been looking for something to help with this and i think i found my product. Not to mention, it seems like it is helping my skin to look great. Great product. Highly recommend.

While I did receive Zhou Nutrition Evening Primrose from PinchMe as a free sample however my opinions are honest and my own. So many times we think by simply popping a multivitamin, that we're good and nothing more is needed (which is GREAT! Keep doing that) but especially as women, sometimes we need just a little bit more. The list of benefits of this supplement is long however, at least for myself there are a few that outshine the others. The Primrose Oil can help bring balance during PMS (also menopause) and when our hormones are more balanced, there is also happier skin. There is also GLA fatty acid which is also cold pressed making it nutrient rich as well. Being soft gels also makes it very easy to take and letting it go to work for you. I enjoyed my experience and also would like to continue using it to help with my internal health and wellness.

I received Zhou Evening Primrose Oil as a promotion, and was excited but wary to try it. I wasn't sure if it was entirely safe or how primrose oil interacts with hormones in the body. If everything in this supplement is indeed safe.. it seemed to have a positive effect on me. I took it for a few days during my cycle and felt that it helped my mood (i.e. made typically upsetting things feel like less of a big deal). I took it again for a few days around my birthday, and it seemed to help me react better to some challenges (ahh family...lol) All in all, I'm happy with this supplement and plan to keep on taking it.

I received a free sample of Zhou Evening Primrose Oil from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review. I am a 43 year-old woman who still deals with considerable hormone related acne. It's not minor one or two flare ups, it's all over my chin and hair line. One of the benefits of taking EPO is that it helps balance out hormones. Since taking this supplement, my acne is almost gone! If you are a middle-aged woman still dealing with acne, I would highly recommend trying this supplement. I would recommend it and I will be purchasing this once my sample is gone.

To be honest I tried this product for a few weeks, however I feel like it didn't really help with PMS symptoms at all. My nails however, seem to be growing nicely, and I have yet to break any, which is a huge accomplishment because I use to be a hardcore nail biter, and had weak nails due to it. Want this for pms issues, pass on it, if you want better nails, go for it! I received this product for free for my honet review.
