Very nice, solid, good directions, easy to assemble.

Although this product came in with a malfunctioning screen...I decided to just reorder another one...it took a couple of weeks for the screen to get in...but now that it is in, I have to say I really like this machine...its small and quiet and gives me a good workout. We will have to wait and see how it holds up over time.

I had a small problem with the computer not working at all when I got this machine. But a quick call to the manufacturer and they shipped out a new one right away and paid the shipping for the old one to be sent back. Now everything works great. I love it so far, it is very quiet. Was easy to assemble as it was mostly already assembled out of the box. Definatly a great buy!

I just purchased this piece of junk and the display monitor is not working. I am very upset. I called the manufacture number and first could not reach them. Then when I finally did they said it's either you wait for them to ship the new screen or take it back to the store. What if the new one is defected also! Taking it back as soon as possible. And the price i paid was much less then it is now online.
