Easy to install and works well. Solid construction.
I have been a speed bag user as part of my personal fitness routine for many years. A heart condition and COVID19 set me back a bit. Im now getting back into shape and building my own at home gym. The Everlast speedbag is as good as any platform found in commercial gyms.
Platform is good quality it does make some noise the instructions werent that clear had to look at YouTube videos to build it it doesnt come with mounting equipment to hang but overall its a good platform u would recommend it with the title gyro speed bag
Easy to install once you get your own hardware. I installed it by myself to the wallstuds. Provides a pretty stable platform for speed bagging. I added a sandbag for better stability. The swivel is average but solid. Overall, satisfied with this purchase.
Very sturdy and works great. I have low ceilings so its a little bit too low but that's more the fault of my house. Good thing I'm short.
