This product is a good value for your money. It's able to be assembled fairly quickly. Though, the bag assembly is not perfect and the instructions provided are not all too clear. This would be ideal recreational equipment for a child ages 7-14. For adults looking to add some more interesting cardio to their work-outs, they may want to buy a more expensive bag for better results. This product will slide across a carpeted floor with the momentum of hitting the bag. It makes it easy to move, but frustrating when using the product. A no-skid pad or rubber mat may help reduce the sliding.

ive heard about the hairline flaw right at the base but i read the good reviews thot ide give the freestanding bag a try its cheeper...so i was putting it together an it broke snapped in half at the very top of the screw neck ....do not buy this if you can throw a punch cause me putting it together was a nightmare the directions were a joke too. dont waste your money go buy a hanging bag....

Was a pain to put together by myself. Had to put together without the lock washers because I could not get the bolts to go down far enough to go in with the lock washers on. I filled it with large rocks and it still moves. The filling in the bag was a pain and a little confusing. Over all my son likes it.

Just put the punching bag together. Very disappointed. Thin foam tore. Foam covering center support only went about three quarter of the way around the support. That leaves a soft spot on the bag top to bottom. Very flemsy, don't expect it to last very long.

I read the reviews before I bought the bag online which is what sold me on buying the bag. I didn't experience the same bag I guess. I have the bottom part filled almost to the very top with water and I can Beat the bag all over the room and I am only 5'11 160lbs. I would hate to see what a more stocky build could do. I was expecting the bag to be able to hold its ground a little better than what it did judging from the reviews.
