The everlast muay thai bag is an excellent bag. We use it in our gym everyday, it is sturdy yet not to hard to hurt people's legs. Great bag at a great price.
Excellent thai boxing bag. better than my other heavy bag that almost broke my foot. Can go full power striking and not worry about hurting yourself.

This thing can take my flying knees no problem maybe cause I'm a light weight kickboxer 4 yrs. I weigh 135 lbs. The bag is stiff and slender, it helps strengthens my calves and my striking. So its great and I can't stop training w/it.
I like it because of the length and weight. The material is good enough for bare hands strikes.
