It isn't the price that should matter how an item is received. It is the company and what it does to keep it's good customers. bought this along with $300. worth of a lot of other household items I get every 3 months. The toilet seat came and was fine until I put it on and realized the long plastic bolts and screws were wrong as you could no way close the cover with the style of bolt and nut. I tried even using the old one and finally tried to grind down the plastic cover so it would not hit the bolt but it just would not work and finally I got so tired of playing around I threw it in the toilet. (Actually it sits in my rubbish barrel outside for pick up on Tuesday as I am a disabled vet and can not get out to run to the store about ten miles away and exchange it, not for $15.) If I were Wal-Mart managers I would take a good look at the companies you are dealing with to send out products under your name that turn out to be garbage!
