EZ Chill Recharge & Retrofit Kit (36 ounces total fill) (Three 12 ounce cans)

missing parts will not ever buy or suggest to anyone. ordered this and it came missing half the parts. returned and got a replacement and same thing missing parts. supposed to be 3 cans of refrigerate both boxes only had one and no DVD

The items states is has 30oz of refrigerant and oil in the retrofit kit. Although it only ships with a single can. So, you would not be able to recharge your old R12 system with only one 12oz can of oil/refrigerant. The originating company should either ship everything listed or change the add to show only the one can. Very deceiving. Walmart sent a second order in an attempt to help, but it also only contained a single can of refrigerant/oil.

The box says you get 30 ounces of refrigerant but they only send a 12 ounce can. The box also says you get three cans but you only get one. It also did not come with the CD it says it has. Be careful when you buy this, if you need more than one can.

Like so many others (and knowing better), I ordered this kit to retrofit a R-12 system. And like others, I got only a portion of what's supposed to be there. Only one 12 ounce can of refrigerant and no CD. I didn't see the oil in there either. I'm not sure how Walmart can continue to sell this without inspecting the contents first. It's not like it's sealed or anything. On the one hand, returning it gets my money back. On the other hand, I still need to solve the air conditioning retrofit problem.

ordered this product on 2 different occasions and both times I received the product it had only 1 can of refrigerant when it clearly states that it come with 2 in the smaller kit and 3 in the one I ordered. I asked walmart to make it right and they sent my a new one and the return label for the one that was short. well when the replacement arrived it only had 1 can.of refrigerant in it also! so I took it back to the store and received my refund. I would not purchase this product again and would never recommend it.
