Good if your nose is blocked, I prefer using it and then using a saline solution for a blood nose. Great for allergy season.

its a bit dribbly at first but I think because I was too nervous to push the yringe all yhe way up since it is unconfortabke at first. its a great mechanism because a standard neti pot is very awkward to use and this syringe shoots the water straight up for you
