I chose to review this facial sunscreen as part of the Spark Reviewer program. I typically use a facial moisturizer with SPF 15, but being in my late 30s with young children, I felt that my face needed a little more protection. I'm also more concerned with using more natural products as well. This Beauty by Earth formula is SPF 20 and has no parabens, nano-particles, retinyl palmitate, PABA, oxybenzone, toxic chemicals and phthalates. It has a nice, clean scent but like the body sunscreen, it is thick. It goes on smoothly though and isn't greasy. It is also made in the USA. with organic ingredients, and is cruelty free. I do tend to wear either a baseball cap or a wide brim hat if we are at the pool, and I have not had a sunburn using this product. I had never tried Beauty by Earth products before, but I would definitely buy them in the store.

Great sunscreen. I used it on the kids and myself. The description says that it can be used on a combination of skin and I wholeheartedly agree. I have oily skin, my son has dry skin, and my daughter has sensitive skin. Worked great on all of us. I worried about it not blending well and looking chalky on my darker skin but it wasn't even an issue. In summary, good stuff. Great brand that chooses earth friendly packaging.

I usually wear a hat in the summer just because the sun does so much damage to my skin. I had been noticing my face has been getting burned more often at night when I came home. Since I cannot spray the sunscreen on my face I decided to try a cream. Once in the sun I can feel a difference and it's water resistant and when I sweat it does not run off. When I first came home after using it my face was no longer on fire and uncomfortable. It really made a difference to me I just wish I used this a long time ago. A protection layer for my face.

The first thing I noticed is how thick it was to apply. But that was not a big deal for me. Also, it smells good and organic. It is not oily or leave your skin shiny. And so far I have not had any breakouts, which is the best thing in my opinion. It gives good protection as I have not gotten sunburned. It's a decent size squeeze bottle. I definitely recommend this for daily use.

I received the Facial Sunscreen SPF 20 and have had the chance to try this daily for a while. I can honestly say I like it a lot. I like that its nontoxic and free of fragrance and many other bad types of things. This is the white type of sunscreen with zinc oxide. I really like that its biodegradable and reef safe as well. It has a natural scent from whatever its made from. Definitely not perfumey at all and whatever it is its so very slight and smells pure. You can feel it on your skin if you rub your hand over the area but it's not heavy or greasy at all. You otherwise you wouldn't even know it was there. It is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. I would feel safe using this on my children. I live in Florida and its always sunny and bright and you really have to wear some sort of protection at all times. I like this sunscreen a lot after having tested it and would highly recommend it. I will be purchasing more once it runs out.
