Faded Glory Maternity Hooded Puffer Coat

I was so excited when I found this affordable maternity winter coat, as they are hard to come by. It had mostly good reviews as well so I decided to go for it. It was out of stock (which I took as a good sign-it must be a popular item!) So I checked back each day for about a week til it was FINALLY available...and in my size too! I was so excited. So I placed my order and it arrived in 6 days. Boy, was I disappointed...the sleeves were so short my wrists were exposed if I moved my arms at all...it was very annoying and uncomfortable. I should add that my arms are NOT long at all, in fact they're a bit short. After taking off the coat, I could even see how funny the sleeves looked compared to the rest of the coat...just oddly short. Now, I didn't expect top of the line quality in this coat. I just wanted something to get me thru the rest of winter. But the final straw was that upon further inspection, the seams were actually coming apart on the sleeves and stuffing/filling was starting to come out. Needless to say I promptly returned this coat. It was a piece of junk. Maybe it was just my particular coat that was defective, bc I honestly don't understand the overall good reviews it got. But my advice is to just save yourself the hassle and spend a little more on a decent maternity coat. I'm pregnant and hormonal so this whole thing about brought me to tears but I ended up getting one on clearance at motherhood for $59. More than I wanted to spend but well worth it.

I ordered this coat in a size medium because they were out of size small. I received a size extra large. This will never fit me and Walmart is out of the way to travel to. There was no return sticker with the package. I am unsatisfied with this inconvenience and will never order from Walmart again.

I needed a winter coat just to last thru January and did not want to spend much money since I'm a stay at home mom and don't go out a lot. I'm really big being 7 months pregnant so I wasn't sure I should get a L or XL. I normally wear a L but my belly is much bigger this pregnancy so I've had to get some XL but after reading reviews I ordered the L since people were saying it was running really L. I'm glad I bought the L but at the same time it barely fits my belly and I'm afraid I might get a little bigger before it's time and it won't close. It's a little big other places but the belly so if I'd gotten an XL it would have been WAY too big everywhere else. I hope it still zips but for $20 I can't expect too much. Is just to have something.

I'm only going to be pregnant for a few months during the winter and didn't want to spend a lot on a coat. For the price.....this is a great, warm coat that has plenty of room for my growing tummy. It's super warm as well. Basic look, noting incredibly fancy but very suitable for my current situation. I'm 5'10" , about to enter my 3rd trimester, and usually wear a medium in anything maternity. I ordered a large though thinking it may rum small. But it's true to size. Probably would of been ok in a medium but it fits fine for a large. There's plenty of room to grow and yet doesn't look tooooo bulky ;)

I've been looking for a comfortable maternity coat across several stores. Initially, I wanted one that was stylish, warm and not super expensive--- I have to say it was really hard to find something that meets all three, that's why I started looking at this Walmart coat. Even though it's not particularly stylish, it looks reasonable and meets my last two criteria. Perhaps even cheaper than what I intended to spend. This jacket is very comfortable and warm with the inner fleece lining. Perhaps a little short, but otherwise a great buy for the price. Very happy!
