The Jupiter 2 125 high-performance laminator looks great and appears to perform as expected even though we have only used it a couple of times. It features fast warm-up and auto pouch sensor (size of material). Unique Auto-adjust system detects pouch thickness and self-adjusts to the optimal laminating setting. InstaHeat warm-up technology starts the laminator in a minute. Rapid laminating speed delivers 30" per minute through the 12-1/2" throat. HeatGuard Technology contains heat inside the laminator, keeping it comfortable to the touch. Reverse mode reverses document flow for easy removal. Auto shutoff prevents overheating when not in use. Six-roller system produces superior results lamination quality. Laminator laminates hot or cold pouches up to 10 mil thick. Jupiter 2 Laminator includes a laminating starter pack with 10 letter-size pouches (3 mil). The results look like something you would get out of a school laminator. Overall, we are satisfied with the laminator.

This machine was designed for small office applications.It has a sleek backing which makes it impressive for any office use.The weight of the machine is appropriate for small office or personal use.The actual speed of the machine works well.The entry of this machine makes it easy to accommodate multiple document sizes which is a wonderful feature. The cold setting for laminating self-adhesive pouches means the heat is kept inside so the body of the machine is always cool to the touch. The release lever is an added plus because it easily disengages the pouch for re-centering or removal.This machine is easy to store and easy to take care of as far as dusting and keeping neat. This machine is easy to assemble and carry from office to office if needed. I would recommend this laminator to any individual just starting out with an organization or business and needed office machinery.

Overall, I am really impressed with the Fellows Jupiter2 Laminator. It looks very high quality and is stylish. It runs quiet, fast and smooth and it was very easy to get started right out of the box. Within 5 minutes it was opened and operating. The laminated page it produced was spotless, glossy and gorgeous. Couldn't ask for anything more from a laminator. My only concern is that it is very heavy and large. It also requires 20" behind it for proper flow of pages. If you have the space, then this is a perfect machine.

I can't begin to tell you how nice this unit is. It is absolutely bad to the bone! It is very heavy, but expectantly so due to it's office/industrial design. It is totally simple, turn it on and when it's warmed up, the auto light on top stops flashing and goes solid along with the blue lights on the front to let you know it's warmed up. entrance appears to be almost 13" wide, so you can laminate 8.5 X 11 sideways, but of course always put sealed edge side in first. whatever you need to laminate, just get it ready and run it through. It auto senses mil thickness. It has heat guard technology, and after inspection and running, it only gets warm on top but very touchable. After running a few things through, I noticed what I laminate didn't get real hot on exit at all, very warm indeed, although not as hot as the laminators I have had in the past. The seal along the edges of papers I laminated was super good, very tight bond right up to the papers edge - I am impressed! Now that was using the 3 mil thick laminate and I have not used the heaver laminate as of yet to see how well it seals up to the edge of what you laminate in this machine. It does 3 mil to 10 mil and auto adjusts to what mil thickness you use. Not that it's related but I have had a Fellowes paper shreader for years and it's awesome too. I 100% recommend this unit to anyone who is in the market for one. It is a super nice machine!

To start... I like this laminator! Over the past few years I have had many things laminated at an office store and often thought about having my own machine. Well this Fellowes laminator (Jupiter2 125) is really professional in what it does. First of all it is a good looking machine and really looks great in my home office. Secondly it makes excellent laminations... I am VERY impressed with the final product when I compare it with what is done by the bigger office store machines that they use. The laminations I have done with my one are as good as, if not better than, those that I had done outside. The laminator machine is bigger than I expected but that's a good thing as it is good and solid. This one will laminate up to 12.5in wide so excellent for my office or a home. It does take a few minutes to warm up but that's to get the rollers hot enough to do the job. Once you have done a lamination it can take several minutes or longer for the rollers to cool down and stop turning, which is all done automatically. I had it too close to my desk and the roller noise (although not bad) was a bit of a nuisance. After I moved it further away… no problem. However having said that it does have a cold lamination system as well which I had never seen before. I do not have the cold lamination sheets so could not try it. From checking online it seems to be very good so I will get some and try it. I highly recommend this laminator.
