Good job cleaning the air

i ordered one small and a large 3M air purifer. When I set up the large 3M air purifer there was a slight smell, even though i wiped it down, took a couple days for the smell to become lexs noticeable. After a short time , the air feels better, i can breath better. i am very pleased with the 3M air purifer, would highly recommend it. i put the small in my bedroom, very pleased.

this purifier is making a lot of squeaking noise and it is under warranty. this is not a good item for your home.

I have always trusted Filtrete products so I purchased 2 air purifiers. After 2 months I got the loud noise everyone was talking about with the large white 290sf tower we use in the living room. Unable to run during the day because of the noise. We might try just running at nite but I'm afraid the noise could be a bearing and possible fire hazard.

Ok, I have bought 2 of these air purifiers. The first one I bought did great so I got another on so I could put one one each end of our home. About 5 months after the purchase of the first one it began the screeching sound and would not stop. We had to trash it because the noise was so loud even on the lowest settings. Now we are into month 6 with the second unit and it has started the noise, not as bad as the first one yet. We will absolutely never buy another one of these again!
