Fire Sense Hammered Platinum 48,000 BTU Propane Patio Heater for Outdoor Use

This is a follow-up on my first review. I got the 1 lemon in a 1,000 products. I still give this heater 5 stars for performance and especially for the "exceptional customer service" as stated in the instruction pamphlet. I did have lighter problems and they sent part needed immediately. Then another problem, keeping it lit. Long story short, they sent me a whole new heater head. If I need any product that Well Traveled Living sells, I will buy it from them. They definitely provide EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered 2 and one was delivered damage waiting on replacement parts. Very easy to put together works great. When moving units make sure the propane tanks aren't inside makes them bottom heavy and you need to move it by holding the center pole the connection at the base of pole is weak and makes the pole crooked. That is the price Iam waiting for!

I was looking for this specific model since it has great reviews across all sellers. I was waiting for black Friday deals until I landed on this site. No Black Friday deals beat Sam's Club price. I ordered it on Saturday, and on Tuesday I was already enjoying it in my backyard. Works like magic.

The Fire Sense does exactly what it was meant to do, great heat in a good looking design. The heater is a definite buy in my opinion due to not only good heat, but it also withstands the elements if left outdoors. After several months outside no rust, no discoloration, and more importantly, it starts right up when I need it.

We purchased this commercial grade heater because we live at 8000 ft and needed it to be strong enough for the wind conditions up here. All good except that the wind tore off the hood (ripped it!) We now are missing a wing nut and can't find one to replace it. With that said we love the color and hope to use it for many more cool nights to come!
