Firm Transfirmation Cardio Weight System

I have been a fan of The Firm for more than 20 years. They have kept up with the latest in exercise science and continue to offer complete sets like this that have weights and DVDs for all fitness levels. My only diappointment is that it did not have a second set of heavy weights to add once my fitness improved. The price is so reasonable that I purchased a second set just for the weights with the special handle. I would also HIGHLY recommend The WAVE. Since The WAVE did not come with weights, I use the weights from this set. I alternate between my favorite Body Sculpt DVD in this set with using The WAVE. They are wonderful! I really look forward to working out everyday.

I bought this program because I've heard a lot of wonderful things about The Firm. I've learned two things: 1) I'm really uncoordinated and 2) even light weights can create great definition. I watched the first video and tried out the moves before I started. This helped because I'm pretty helpless with my rhythym. After the first session I was sore which means that I was definitely working unworked muscles. I can hardly wait to continue and hope to utilize other FIRM products!

I heard some mixed reviews about "THE FIRM" but they {customers} didnt realize what they were actually buying. This is cardio with weights not just some low impact workout routine. I recommend buying 2 five pound weights when you build yourself up. I actually look forward to my morning workout!

This was a gift from my daughter. It sat for 3 months. I finally decided to try it. Boy, I am sorry I waited so long. I am a FIRM believer because I saw instant results in 2 weeks like they advertised. I stuck to their program and it's now been a full month and I look good. What I like the most is using the different workouts. I had no ideal I could sweat so much. I can see definition developing in my arms and legs. My stomach has shrunk and I can clearly see a change. I am now digging into the boxes where i have clothes that I could not fit. I am now wearing them and it feels so good. My co-workers are telling me that I must be working out because they can see the change. I would highly, highly recommend this product. In fact, one of my coworkers is picking up herself the firm today. If there are any unsatisfied customers its because they did not stick with the program.

I am eighteen years old, I weigh 120 lbs and a size 7 jeans. I've only owned this product for about two weeks now and I love it! Its a workout for five days and one of those scheduled days are the express workouts. I have never done an unscheduled express workout yet, but I do take the occasional extra day off. I love these dvds because its a unique creation of dancing, lifting weights and easy movements. At first I had a hard time keeping up, but once you get the moves, it goes by incredibly fast. I've worked out with these dvds maybe, 6 times and i'm already seeing tighter thighs. I still eat whatever I want. Givin I hate fast food. But I still eat the occasional chocolate and cake. And still getting results. Try this system. Only downfall is the dvds are fast pace and I do have to pause for just a second multiple times to get some water. I suggest for you to buy your own five lb weights. I personally think the three lbs wieghts arent very affective.
