I enjoyed this a lot! It’s a little on the sweet side and the heat is pretty mild but great flavor. Goes great with cream cheese or on a cracker with extra sharp cheddar.

Does not keep well after opening. Refrigerate just as instructed to on the jar but within a month the product has turned sugary inside the jar. The entire top layer, probably 1/4 inch, of what remains in the jar forms a sugary pale green coating on top of the other jelly underneath. This gets even worse over time. So, if you don't play to use the entire jar almost immediately after opening it...stay away from it.
